In 2015, we secured our own CQC registration, resulting in us increasing our office team to include a Registered Manager, HR Lead and an Operations Manager. The company had now grown to 22 employees.
Response24 service requires individuals to have a key safe for emergency access during any callouts; it became apparent that locally and nationally there was no single company fitting key safes.
The company as a response to this launched KeysafeMan in 2015; since then we have fitted over 2500 key safes in North Somerset alone and a further 1,000 key safes in the surrounding counties.
In January 2015, we secured longer term contracts following our original pilot and our recent CQC registration meant that we could increase the level of support we could offer during a response visit to include personal care, this further enhanced our unique selling point.
With the ability to provide home care services, the company began recruiting staff to meet the demands for care services in the community.
Over the next 18 months, the company increased to over 50 employees and from zero care hours, has gone on to deliver over 30,000 care hours a year, with a client base of over 6,000 clients across our services.
